Design and implementation of the Traton Design System, establishing a scalable multi-brand system for Traton Group, including Scania, Volkswagen Truck & Bus, MAN, and International.

Responsibilities included defining and structuring design tokens and variables for colors, typography, grids, icons, and component libraries, enabling consistency across more than thirty components in both light and dark themes.

Additionally, contributed to the creation of guidelines and best practices to support teams in delivering cohesive digital experiences across products and platforms within the Traton Group.
